Chapel of the Foyer Carré of Malberg
Lorry-lès-Metz, Grand Est
The chapel of the Foyer Carré of Malberg has been completely transformed. First refreshed in its paintings, going from mustard yellow to fresh blue, it was decorated with a whole set of furniture in steel and detonated glass: an altar, an ambo, portraits of the founder Caroline Carré de Malberg and of Saint-François-de-Sales, a reliquary cross containing a relic of Saint François de Sales and Saint Jeanne de Chantal. The patina of the tabernacle has been revised and prayer benches complete the ensemble. A global approach which wanted to preserve the fine and precious appearance of this pretty chapel, while bringing the legacy of Caroline Carré de Malberg into the 21st century.
